today was a ok day
felt great running strong for 55 minutes, hard swim 30X100m with 20 on 1:20 and 10 on 1:15....averaged 1:05-06 for all of them. a ride and i m jsut about to go to bed now!

Just like the good old days in Victoria - I guess you still haven't learned how to clean up after yourself! Heather was not impressed! At least now you have your own room rather than cardboard walls like when I first met you.

I just caught the part about "I don't really know what that is because I don't really use it" (vacuum cleaner!!)
My friends are always telling me that my apartment is too messy and there are too many bikes in it. Now I am just going to show them that video and they won't say anything ever again. Must be a triathlete thang...
