hitting the bottom of the Well

well, i havent blog much lately. I didnt had much to say. It s been a very hard last few weeks out here. Boulder is amazing and i do love the place but i m unfortunutly not able to training well or race at the moment.

As i got here, i got hit pretty hard with a flare up of my crohn's disease condition and that as left me very weak. On top of that, as my body was weaken, i catched a case of flu or cold?? and still havent been able to resume training. The main mission right now as been to get healthy again.

I want to apologize to the organiser of the Boise 70.3 for not been able to show up and take part in the race. I m already register for a few more races coming up but right now have no certitude as if i will be able to tow the line... i m doing everything i can to do it as i miss racing so much....

anyway, i m very bored and not too happy about the situation but needs to remind myself that it could be worst and to stay focus on what i can do. Maybe it s time for me to make another silly video???

J-

Very sorry to hear about your health issues.

I'm not a doctor or anything, but spend some serious time resting up.

Think about the long road ahead instead of the season.

Make that video, eat some ice cream, have lots of fun while you're there. You'll be up and running before you know it.

I hope to meet you at Placid.

PS: Don't forget to check out the dumpsters there ; )

Perhaps you're sick because you eat at a McDonald's.

There is a book you might be interested in- Breaking the Vicious Cycle. You can also visit the website www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info. You've probably already heard of it, but it's a specific diet for Crohn's and inflammatory bowel disease. Hope you're well and back racing soon.
