today was a quick 45 minutes run, a 1h45 ride and pack my life in the paseo to make it to phoenix. I m in phx now at sophie's condo and heading out to bed...
here s my reflection on the last few months and las cruces

Kick Jordan's ass in the swim so bad that he can't make up the time on the bike. That's your ticket to schooling him, and demonstrating HTFU's dominance over BAMF.
Wow, I am sad and happy and excited for you! I had no idea you packed up and left LC, I am sure Boulder will be awesome training with alot of good friends, and IM Arizona will be a great race for you...look forward to seeing you in the Zone out there! Jacqui G
